2000-Present: Executive Director – Kids Smiles: Execute the chief executive duties of a multi-million dollar non-profit dental center serving poor children. Developed & implemented the initial business plan at program inception. Continue strategic planning, growth, and development of the organization from 4 employees and no patients to 48 employees and 34,000 total patients.

1995-1998 - Chief Operating Officer - Concentric Dental IPO: Developed business and strategic plan including all operational strategies for a 21 million dollar IPO presentation.  Conducted Wall Street presentations to major houses. Generated a 2X offer, 1 time cash and 1 time stock.

1991 to 1995- Director of Manor College Associate of Science Expanded Auxiliaries Program.  Provided all executive and fiscal management for the auxiliary program and dental department including 15 faculty, doctors and support staff. Scheduled all related courses and programs and assessed all student enrollment.


HIGHLIGHTS

  • Shepherded with Senator Stewart Greenleaf, the PDA, and PDHA legislative action to certify expanded auxiliaries in the Commonwealth of PA.
  • Researched and developed curriculum and cost analysis for full College Board approval of the Manor Dental Hygiene Program.
